Fixing Gmail with offline

This fixes a problem with Gmail offline.

1) From the inbox, click on an email to open it
2) Click on the empty white box below the email to begin writing a
reply
3) Click on the two boxes and an arrow icon (to the right of the
"Discard" box) to open the reply in a new window
4) Your Gmail window should now be restored to its normal layout
